Prism Training Courses

The Cost Management package of PRISM Project Manager includes three modules, Baseline Estimate, Schedule Interface, and Cost and Progress, which are used regularly throughout the lifecycle of a project.

In this training course we will look at using the Cost Management package of PRISM Project Manager to create a performance measurement baseline and then track and analyse project performance. This 4.5 day course provides hands-on implementation of PRISM Project Manager (PPM) 5.1. The course includes:

1. Overview of PPM including navigation and data entry, managing projects, defining codes and generating reports
2. Cost Management package details including overview, earned value, baselining, monitoring and analysing projects (consists of importing, time-phasing, actual and accruals, variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, funding and multi-currency projects).

This 3 day course includes an introduction, overview & application of PRISM Project Estimator and covers: navigation and data entry, user options, project management, estimates, coding, output parameters, elements, master database, utilities, reporting and administration.

Using the expertise of professional estimators, PRISM Project Estimator is suitable for all types and sizes of projects in virtually any industry. This 3 day course includes an introduction, overview and application of PPE: navigation and data entry, user options, project management, estimates, coding, output parameters, elements, master database, utilities, reporting and administration. In the following chapters we'll look at the basic functions and processes of PRISM Project Estimator, but before we begin, let's look at the purpose of this training manual and who is benefited by this training.

This 2 day course includes a process overview and application of PRISM Project Manager Contract Management, and covers: administration setup, RFP, bid analysis and contract award, trends and change orders, contract tracking and reporting. The course is tailored to meet individual client needs.

This 3-5 day course includes an introduction, overview and the application of PRISM Project Manager Cost Management, and covers: earned value, project life cycle, importing estimates and schedules, establishing baselines, time-phased budgets, actual and accruals, change management, variance, forecasting, reporting and other required functions. The course is tailored to meet individual client needs.

This 1.5 day course includes a process overview and application of PRISM Project Manager Engineering Management, and covers: process introduction, process setup, documentation and tasks, progress and status, and document control process. The course is tailored to meet individual client needs.

This 2 day course includes a process overview and application of PRISM Project Manager Procurement Management, and covers: capital equipment setup, lists, requisitions, procurement setup, RFQ bid analysis and PO award, shipment, change ordering, invoice and payments, and material management process. The course is tailored to meet individual client needs.
