Attending this workshop before starting with computer scheduling tools will assist in getting the most out of those tools and will enhance the value of scheduling tool training.

The Earned Value half Day workshop will introduce you to the history, principles and standards of Earned Value. It will touch on the fundamentals of earned value in project management EV by definition and demonstrate examples in planning, actuals, progress, calculations, forecasting and estimating etc. The workshop will validate earned value and change management in scope changes, budget shifts, contingency and EAC modifications.
